Historic Downtown Ninety Six always welcomes new investors and potential business owners. The Town of Ninety Six is fortunate to have a National Park in our backyard. A verified count of over 73,000 tourists (NPS Tourist Counts for Ninety Six Historic Battle Site) travel through town annually making Ninety Six an excellent place to start your company or move an existing business. Ninety Six is currently in a revitalization process with Family Dollar and Subway opening in the 2015 year.

Along with shopping, Ninety Six offers a variety of turn-of-the century and modern style store fronts with options of rental or ownership. Our small square is designed to capture your customers with visual and historical scenery. Come browse the square, have lunch, walk the rail-trail walking trail through town play a round of golf at any one of the several golf courses in the area, or simply take a leisurely ride to the lake and enjoy the State Park museum located at the SC Lake Greenwood State Park campground. The park also houses a public boat ramp and picnic area.
